How does Finory access my data?

Finory prioritizes security by avoiding direct bank logins or Open Banking APIs. Instead, the app uses a statement forwarding method. You simply forward your official PDF credit card statements to a designated email. Our system then securely parses the statement data to update your dashboard automatically.

Is my financial information secure with statement forwarding?

Yes. Finory is built on a "Privacy-First" philosophy. Since we do not link to your bank accounts or ask for login credentials, your money remains safe and untouched. We don't extract PII information like your name, address and the full card numbers. You can read our Data Processing Policy here.
